We want you to be satisfied with your HYLA products, however, if after using our product and you are not satisfied for whatever reason then we’re offering a 7 days money back guarantee on eligible HYLA set as detailed below.

 

How to claim?
Purchase a HYLA set for at least 7 days and if unsatisfied, simply return the product with your original receipt within 7 days of purchase to receive your money back.

 

Complete the claim form, including the reason that you aren’t satisfied, please provide as much details as you can to help us to improve our products.

 

1. Return the completed form with the original receipt to HYLA Premium Store within 7 days of purchase to:

2. You will receive your money back within 30 days of receipt of product returned. Offer valid only for the following products in the HYLA range: HYLA Airewash Basic / HYLA Standard / HYLA Prestige set. Product range descriptions can be found on the receipt.

 

For further support, please contact our personnel at HYLA Careline 1300-13-HYLA whom will be happy to assist you from Monday - Friday: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Offer valid starting from 01/08/2017 until further notice.

 

Claims must be received within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Offer open to all Malaysian residents only. Kindly retain original receipts for claim. Limited to One(1) claim per product only. Strict eligibility requirements apply.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

This offer is made by HYLA Premium Store wholly owned by HYLA Premium Boutique (M) Sdn. Bhd.  (Company No:1179320-W) located at MyTOWN Shopping Centre, Level 2, Lot 039 & 040, No 6, Jalan Cochrane, Seksyen 90, 55100, Kuala Lumpur. Products eligible for this offer are (1) HYLA Airewash Basic (2) HYLA Standard & (3) HYLA Prestige and its terms and conditions are set herein:-

 

  1. This offer is open to individuals who have purchased an eligible HYLA product and attended to a session of “User Training” of which must be conducted within 7 days from the date of purchase by our qualified authorized personnel, thereafter have used it for a maximum of seven (7) days in accordance with the operating instructions. If after seven (7) days of using the product and it does not perform exactly as described, you may apply for money back in accordance with these terms and conditions.
     

  2. It's a compulsory to submit the 7 Days Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee Program Claim Form to process return. The Claim Form can be downloaded here or available at our Store. Should you encounter any problem relating to form submission, please contact our HYLA Careline at 1300-13-HYLA for assistance.
     

  3. The guarantee period runs from the date of purchase.
     

  4. If you are not satisfied with the product within the guarantee period, please return the goods to HYLA Premium Store address set out in the certificate together with;
    - The original receipt (photocopies are not accepted), as proof of purchase; and 
    - The completed 7 Days Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee Program Claim Form.

     

  5. The product must be received by us within the guarantee period.
     

  6. Money back will be paid by cheque, for the price paid (excluded bank charges or interest if any), within a period of 30 days of receipt of the product and completed documentation. 
     

  7. No responsibility can be accepted for claims lost or delayed in the return or incomplete or illegible forms. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
     

  8. All care should be taken to ensure the returned product is adequately packaged and protected from transit damage to avoid loss or damage. We reserve the rights to deduct from the refund the cost of rectifying any loss or damage to the product.
     

  9. We will not accept any liability for additional costs associated with the return, proof of delivery or carriage of the product.
     

  10. This is a consumer promotion only and neither retailers nor wholesalers may apply.
     

  11. Refunds will not be provided if you simply change your mind.
     

  12. We reserve the rights to withdraw the offer upon 30 days notice at any time.
     

  13. Request for user training exceeding 7 days can be accommodate provided the product purchased must be new and in unused condition.
